I take it your are talking about the Video posted under the ANTS - Animated Tutorial Sharing Video Gallery on this wiki. I put it there to test out whether videos could be embedded on the Wiki.

As for content, there is a fair amount, but you need to view our How to Access Existing Tutorials page on this wiki to get at them. It has links to the Source Code and SWF Files at our main repository (DSpace at the University of Calgary). It also has links to the content we migrate to our other sites at Blip.Tv and Screencast.com. The content at these sites has been created by librarians in the United States and Canada - as we are an open project that enables any librarian to share content and encourage volunteers to adopt tutorials for development.

You also asked if we could create a list of content for development so that Knowledge on Demand will know what to contribute. I can tell you that we already have such lists. All you need do is go to our http://ants.wetpaint.com/page/How+to+Contribute to learn about how to contribute. Under Step 1 we have lists for Information Literacy and Database Tutorials identified for development. YOu can either do one of these, or use the Wiki's editing function to add something not on the list that you think should be on the list (then develop that content.!)

ANTS already has the listing of content (generated out of a survey we did when the project was created - and updated as needed.). As Knowledge Base Tutorials on Demand is looking for ideas to follow through on, I think it makes perfect sense to view the listings, develop the content, and then share it via this site. We will ensure the content is converted (so it works on Handheld Devices), syndicated, and easy to share or embed. Authors are also given attribution and our CC licensing makes user and contributor righs clear.
