I am a part of the tutorial creation team at UB's Access Services department. Under an RBDB grant through the Western New York Library Resources Council we have been creating a series of tutorials aimed mostly at librarians themselves. The majority of these are about using the ILLiad software though there are a few other topics mixed in as well. If anyone has suggestions as to further tutorial topics please let me know.
