Is there seriously only one?
I am a part of the tutorial creation team at UB's Access Services department. Under an RBDB grant through the Western New York Library Resources Council we have been creating a series of tutorials aimed mostly at librarians themselves. The majority of these are about using the ILLiad software though there are a few other topics mixed in as well. If anyone has suggestions as to further tutorial topics please let me know. The tutorials may be found on WNYLRC's website at
http://www.wnylrc.org/orgMain.asp?orgid=352
In addition to these we have created several tutorials covering the use of certain databases and EBL materials which can be found at the YouTube Channel http://www.youtube.com/user/UBAccessServices

Best Practices in Screencasting
Hello everyone:
Over the last while, members of the ANTS Group have been busy working on various projects related to using Google Analytics to measure tutorial usage, or integrating online surveys into Tutorials for feedback. We have taken this information - as well as some other ideas that we like - and placed it on our Best Practices in Screencasting site. Information found at this site, is intended to help you make your screencasts more effective.
Take a look and let others know about it as well - or discuss various ideas on our Forum. We would love to hear if you have any experience to share.
